Inners dietary supplement

Inners Movement is a food supplement in powder form intended to be enjoyed before or during a sports session. It consists of organic herbal powders and adaptogens. It is gluten-free, lactose-free, no added sugars, GMO-free and without artificial additives.

How to us it ?

Our advice for using Le Mouvement de Inners dietary supplement properly

Provide 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) per day of this dietary supplement for athletes. Mix the recommended dose of powder with a glass of water, smoothie or juice. You can also integrate it directly into your water bottle or your shaker!

A food supplement cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, with a history of breast cancer, children under 16 and people with kidney, cardiovascular or autoimmune diseases. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place away from light and at a temperature below 23°. Consume within 2 months after opening.
