How to get a “Glowy” complexion

To drink a lot

We can never say it enough but a beautiful complexion is a body that eliminates toxins and therefore kidneys that work well. So without becoming potomaniac, we drink at least 1.5 L of water a day.

Sleep

A perfect night's sleep = better skin and it's proven! When you sleep, your body regenerates but above all it balances hormonal and metabolic secretions. If you're having trouble falling asleep, there's nothing better than creating your own pre-sleep ritual; hot baths embellished with essential oils (at 37°), herbal teas, meditation, evening yoga and even a silk pillow (the Japanese women's secret to avoiding marks on the skin in the morning). The important thing is to have a good night's sleep, whether it lasts 7 or 9 hours, because quality is what counts. This is also the perfect time for your night care to increase its benefits tenfold. Try it, you will see the difference.

Wake

Taking care of your skin as soon as you wake up makes all the difference. We tend to treat ourselves in the evening or only apply a moisturizer before leaving in a hurry, but to have radiant and plumped skin, we offer it a tonic but still gentle awakening. We start with a cleansing oil to remove the remains of your night care and also all the small dead skin and excess sebum. If you want, using a small Konjac sponge, you perform a light exfoliation in circular massages that reinvigorate the skin. Then apply a few drops of moisturizing and/or antioxidant serum and a moisturizer that contains (if possible) an SPF 20 or 30.

To add a layer of hydration during the day, go with its moisturizing mist to refresh, calm and soothe the skin at any time. Josh Rosebrook's Hydrating Accelerator mist, concentrated in aloe vera and vegetable oils, plumps, softens and intensely soothes the skin. It is a cult product!

Make up naturally

The warhorse of the "glowly" complexion is the foundation and the illuminator. For a foundation and radiant natural makeup, start by applying a few drops of illuminating serum over the moisturizer. You can then follow with a light powder that sets the make-up and prevents the T-zone from shining or you can add a touch of pearly cream to the highlights of the face for an even more "Glow" effect.

A touch of bronzer or cream blush. To perfect the complexion, add a touch of blush for a young girl in bloom effect or bronzer for a sun-kissed effect like coming back from the tropics. Finish with a light powder to set makeup.
