Simply pour a stick of the collagen supplement into a cup of hot water of about 20 cL. Mix with a spoon. Drink during the meal of your choice. To observe lasting effects on your skin, we recommend that you consume at least 40 doses over a period of 1 to 2 months.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement does not replace a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet.
