Dilute the equivalent of one rounded measuring spoon (i.e. 13.3g of powder) in the drink of your choice (250 mL). It can be a coffee, a smoothie or even warmed vegetable milk. And there you have it, all you have to do is drink the resulting beverage!

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to contact a healthcare professional before any supplementation. Prolonged use is not recommended. Not recommended for people with thyroid disorders, children and pregnant women. Agréable

Je commence à voir une différence sur ma peau, agréable à boire , je le bat d’abord dans de l’eau chaude, ensuite rajoute lait végétal, ou sous forme de bircher avec des fruits. Pour l’été, très agréable.

Pink Glow

Malgré sa belle couleur rose, la poudre a une odeur très désagréable. Dans de l'eau ou du lait végétal, je n'ai pas pu la boire à cause d'un fort goût de poisson. Par contre, dans un café, le goût est neutralisé. Je n'ai pas assez de recul pour juger de ses effets sur ma peau.
