Who will transport my order?
Your orders are transported by the Swiss Post
After shipment, you will automatically receive a tracking number for your order.
What are the delivery costs?

Happy Officine delivers only in Switzerland.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders confirmed before 1 p.m. are in principle dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday.
Orders made on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays (VD), December 24 and 31 will be shipped the next business day.
The deadlines announced by the carriers are as follows for orders confirmed before 1 p.m.:

The times indicated are indicative and without any commitment, Happy Officine cannot be held responsible in the event of delay or failure of the transport companies.
Want to return an item?
You have a period of 15 days from the date of order.
This period includes the postal delays for the return of the goods.
The return is handled free of charge.
The item must be unopened, damaged and in its original packaging.
Sale items cannot be returned.
How to proceed ?Use the contact form and tell us the following:
- Your first and last name, order number and date
- Item concerned by the return
We will provide you with the return address and the label for the free return of the item.
After verification of the returned item, we will send you a voucher for the value of the item within a maximum period of 8 Days.
Happy Officine does not offer refunds or invoice credits in exchange for a return.
