This page presents the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale which condition the use and purchases made on the happyofficine.ch website.
The General Conditions of Sale define the contractual relationship between:
Happy Officine Sàrl, Sur Momont 23, 1649 Pont la Ville, Switzerland, company registered in the Commercial Register of the canton of Friborg under number CHE183097629.
Hereinafter referred to as "Happy Officine" or the "site"
Any natural or legal person, using or making a purchase on the site
Hereinafter referred to as "customer"
1 - Conclusion of the contract
When the customer clicks on the "Order" button, his order is deemed firm for all the items in his basket.
In accordance with the legal provisions, the customer immediately receives a summary of the order by e-mail.
These steps form a firm order, a contract therefore takes effect immediately, the latter is governed by the present.
Nevertheless, we reserve the right to refuse an order in the following cases: the customer is in dispute or risk of litigation with Happy Officine, estimate by Happy Officine of the risk of fraud or non-payment...
Happy Officine is not required to deliver the items when we are unable to obtain the items from our suppliers (delivery delays, out of stock products, etc.). In this case, Happy Officine will immediately reimburse the customer.
2 - Price
The prices indicated on the site are firm and definitive, they include the VAT in force.
3 - Deliveries
Orders confirmed before 1 p.m. are in principle dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Switzerland and the canton of Vaud will be dispatched the following working day.
Happy Officine ships orders with Swiss Post.
The deadlines indicated on the Happy Officine website are indicative and without any commitment, Happy Officine cannot be held responsible in the event of delay or failure of the transport companies.
Happy Officine reserves the right to make partial deliveries.
The customer agrees to immediately check that the items contained in the delivery are in accordance with those ordered (Delivery complete and in accordance with the order, condition of the items, etc.)
Damage to items must be reported to Happy Officine and the transport company as soon as possible within a maximum period of 5 Days following delivery.
In case of refusal of the package by the customer, the return of the package will be treated as a return of goods. The customer will receive a voucher for the value of the goods. No refunds will be made.
In the event that the post office cannot deliver the customer (incorrect address, post office box, mail tracking service without package tracking, etc.), the costs necessary for the new shipments will be borne by the customer. Under no circumstances may the customer request a cancellation of the order or a refund.
3.1 - Deliveries in Switzerland
The delivery prices are as follows:

The deadlines announced by the carriers are as follows for orders confirmed before 1 p.m.:

The times indicated are indicative and without any commitment, Happy Officine cannot be held responsible in the event of delay or failure of the transport companies. Happy Officine cannot reimburse delivery costs in the event of late delivery.
4 - Payment
4.1 - Payment methods
The customer has several payment options which are displayed at the end of the ordering process:
- Payment on Invoice
- Bank card
- Postfinance card
- Advance payment
4.1.1 Payment by credit card and postfinance
Orders cannot be shipped if Happy Officine is unable to debit the customer's account (invalid card number, bank refusal, etc.)
4.1.2 Advance Payment
In the case of "Prepayment" orders, the customer must pay the amount of the order in order to trigger the shipment.
No shipment of goods will be made without full payment of the order.
Unpaid prepayment orders are automatically deleted after 10 Days.
4.13 Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers as an independent payment provider the payment type "Payment by invoice". The order invoice simply allows you to pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you waive a timely payment, you will retroactively receive the following month a monthly invoice with an overview of the order.
Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the invoice claim and handles the processing of payment terms. As part of the purchase on account, you accept in addition to our GTCs, the GTCs of POWERPAY . (powerpay.ch/fr/agb).
4.2 - Retention of title
The items delivered remain our property until the customer pays the full invoice related to the order.
5 - Return Policy
In the event that the customer wishes to return an item:
The return is handled free of charge in Switzerland, a shipping label will be provided by Happy Officine to the customer, it will be up to the customer to carefully pack the package and drop it off at the shipping company's shipping office.
5-1 General conditions
The customer has 15 days from the date of order to make a return. This period includes the routing and return delivery of the goods to Happy Officine.
The item must be unopened, damaged and in its original packaging.
Sale items cannot be returned.
Happy Officine is not responsible for the correct delivery (loss, delays, destruction, etc.) during return transport.
5-4 Return procedure
To request a return, the customer uses the contact form present in his customer account and indicates the following elements:
- Surname and first name, number and date of the order
- Item concerned by the return
Happy Officine will indicate the return address and for customers domiciled in Switzerland a label allowing the free return of the article.
After checking the returned item, Happy Officine will send the customer a voucher for the value of the item within a maximum period of 8 Days.
The voucher will be valid for a period of 3 months.
No refund or credit on an invoice will be made.
In the event that the customer makes a return without the agreement of Happy Officine or within a period longer than the deadlines provided for in article 5.1, the return will not be processed by Happy Officine and it will be up to the customer to pay the shipping costs. shipments to receive his merchandise again.

6 - Protection of personal data

Acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale implies acceptance of our data protection policy and the collection of data necessary for the operation of the Happy Officine site.
7 - Promo codes
As part of one-off offers, Happy Officine offers promotional codes for a limited period and under limited conditions.
These codes are only valid once per customer and per order and certain products or brands may be excluded from these offers.
These codes offer a partial reduction on an order whose payment must be completed with one of the means available during the ordering process.
No credit or refund can be made by taking these codes into account.
In the event that you return the items, the codes are not added to the voucher concerned by the return.
8 - Vouchers
If the customer holds a purchase voucher, he can use it for a period of 12 months in general, 3 months as part of a purchase voucher linked to an item return.
Vouchers not used within this period are forfeited and cannot be extended. No refunds will be made.
9 - Samples
For any order, the customer has the possibility of choosing 3 samples. Depending on the stocks available at the time of preparation of the order, Happy Officine reserves the right to substitute the customer's selection with other samples.
If the customer does not select samples in his order, the order will be delivered without.
In the event that the customer chooses more than 3 samples, Happy Officine reserves the right to select and deliver only 3 samples from the customer's selection.
These sampling changes cannot give rise to any claim, refund, credit note or order cancellation.
10 - Legal liability
The statutory warranty for defective products applies.
In the event of a recall by a supplier or of a defect noted by Happy Officine between the order and dispatch Happy Officine will offer you the exchange of the reference or the reimbursement of the article concerned.
11 - Applicable law
All the clauses appearing in these general conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law.
