This page presents the applicable General Conditions of Sale, which govern the use and purchases made on the happyofficine.ch website.

The General Conditions of Sale define the contractual relationship between:

Happy Officine Sàrl , Route de la Mortigue 1, 1072 Forel, Switzerland, company registered in the Commercial Register of the canton of Vaud under number CHE-183.097.629, hereinafter referred to as "Happy Officine" or "the site".

And

Any natural or legal person using or making a purchase on the site, hereinafter referred to as "the customer".

1 – Conclusion of the contract

When the customer clicks on the “Order” button, their order is considered firm for all items in their basket.

In accordance with legal provisions, the customer immediately receives a summary of their order by email.

These steps form a firm order, resulting in the conclusion of a contract governed by these conditions.

However, we reserve the right to refuse an order if the customer is in dispute or presents a risk of dispute with Happy Officine, or in the event of suspected fraud or non-payment.

Happy Officine is not required to deliver items if they are unavailable from suppliers. In this case, a refund will be issued immediately.

2 – Price

The prices displayed on the site are firm, final, and include the current VAT.

3 – Deliveries

Orders confirmed before 12 p.m. are generally shipped the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are shipped the following business day.

Shipments are handled by Swiss Post.

The delivery times shown are indicative and not contractual. Happy Officine cannot be held responsible in the event of a delay.

Partial deliveries may be made. The customer is required to check the condition and conformity of the order upon receipt.

Any damage or defects must be reported within 5 days. A refused package will be processed as a return, with a credit to the purchase voucher. No refunds will be issued.

In the event of non-delivery attributable to the customer (incorrect address, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. No refunds will be given.

3.2 - Deadlines

For orders confirmed before 12 p.m.:

For orders confirmed after 12pm, add an extra day.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only. No refunds will be given in the event of late delivery.

4 – Payment

4.1 Payment methods:

  • Payment by invoice
  • Bank card
  • PostFinance
  • PayPal
  • Twint
  • Advance payment

4.1.1 Payment by bank card and PostFinance:
Orders can only be shipped if the debit is authorized. If the debit is refused, the order will be canceled.

4.1.2 Advance payment:
The customer must pay for the order before shipping. If payment is not made within 10 days, the order is automatically cancelled.

4.1.3 Payment on invoice via POWERPAY:
MF Group / POWERPAY offers invoice payment with a monthly payment option. By accepting this option, you also agree to their terms and conditions .

4.1.4 Payment by invoice via CembraPay:
CembraPay SA handles installment payments. Terms and conditions and privacy policy apply.

4.2 Reservation of ownership:
The items remain the property of Happy Officine until full payment of the order.

5 – Return Policy

5.1 General conditions:
The customer has 15 days from the order date to make a return. The item must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. Sale items are not returnable.

5.2 Return costs:
Returns are free for customers in Switzerland. A return label is provided. The package must be securely packaged and handed over to La Poste.

5.3 Unauthorized Return:
Any return made without agreement or after the deadline will be refused. The customer will have to pay the costs to recover the goods.

5.4 Procedure:
The customer must submit their request via the contact form in their customer account, specifying: first name, last name, order number and date, and the item in question. After verification, a voucher for the value of the product will be issued within 8 days, valid for 3 months. No refunds will be issued.

6 – Data protection

7 – Promotional codes

Promo codes are single-use, subject to conditions and limited duration. Certain products or brands may be excluded. In the event of a return, the value of the code will not be included in the credit.

8 – Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 12 months (3 months for returns). After this period, they expire without the possibility of a refund.

9 – Samples

Three samples are offered per order. If the customer does not choose, no samples will be included. If more than three samples are chosen, Happy Officine will select three by default. No refunds will be given for missing or replaced samples.

10 – Legal liability

The legal warranty applies to all defects. In the event of a product recall or a defect, an exchange or refund will be offered.

11 – Applicable law

These conditions are subject to Swiss law exclusively.
