How to us it ?

Our tips for using the Cosmic Dream herbal tea well by Cosm

At the end of the day or before going to bed, place 2 grams (1 tablespoon) of Cosm relaxing herbal tea in water heated to 90°C. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, preferably covered, before straining. Enjoy hot or cold, ideally as a cure to enjoy all its benefits.

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old. Not recommended if taking anti-depressants or anxiolytics. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Ask your doctor for advice if you suffer from a particular pathology. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
