Our tips for using herbal tea n°8 Zen from L'Infuseur

This organic herbal tea is available in bulk or in sachets. Provide one sachet per person or one teaspoon of mixture per cup. Leave to infuse between 5 and 7 minutes in water at 95°C. Enjoy at any time of the day, at the rate of 3 cups of 2 grams of plants per day.
