Our advice for properly using the La Chevelure Hygée food supplement

Swallow 2 capsules of La Chevelure in the morning, then 2 capsules in the evening with a large glass of water (i.e. a total of 4 capsules over the day, divided into two doses). One bottle represents a cure of one month. It is possible to extend it.

This food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
