Just slip a teaspoon into a large glass of water, or into the drink of your choice and mix vigorously until the powder has completely disappeared. Its little cinnamon flavor goes particularly well with a tea, coffee, smoothie or even in its morning cereal. Hygea Immunity can be consumed as a cure or as soon as the need arises. However, it is not recommended for expectant mothers.
