Every morning, swallow 2 to 3 capsules of We want to be on the attack in the morning for 3 to 6 weeks. Take 2 additional capsules at midday if needed. Not recommended for pregnant women.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: this supplement contains caffeine and is therefore not recommended.
