We recommend that you consume the Skin Garden infusion as a cure in order to optimize its long-term effects. Infuse 2 grams of preparation (about 1 tablespoon) in a mug of water at 90°C for 10 minutes. Filter, then enjoy throughout the day.

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Ask your doctor for advice if you suffer from a particular pathology. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
