Sharpen the RMS Beauty eye pencil before each use for a flawless finish. Place the tip of the pencil at the root of the eyelashes or directly on the mucous membrane. Draw a line by adjusting the pressure on the pencil according to the desired thickness. Use the foam tip to smoke the pigments.
