The Age with Grace anti-wrinkle supplement is very easy to use. Simply dissolve one sachet in 250 ml of beverage, hot or cold (below 60°C to preserve the formula's active ingredients). You can also simply add it to a sweet or savory recipe of your choice. The daily dose of collagen powder you consume depends on your age. Between 25 and 35, take one sachet every three days. Between 35 and 45, reduce to one sachet every two days. Finally, from age 45 onward, aim for one sachet per day.

For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before taking any supplements. Store in a dry place, away from light.
