How to us it ?

Our advice for using The Smilist™ professional tongue cleaner

Use every day, ideally in the morning (on an empty stomach) and in the evening (after brushing). Place a dab of toothpaste on the silicone tip and make circular movements on your tongue. Then use the steel tip to “scratch” the surface of your tongue forward, 3 to 4 times in a row. Clean your tongue scraper with lukewarm water (possibly with a little soap) after each use. Change the silicone tip approximately every 2 to 3 months.
