Our advice for using the Aime collagen box correctly

In the mug, empty the contents of a collagen stick. Add 250 mL of water or milk and mix well, using the milk frother. You can use a cold liquid (for an iced latte) or a hot liquid (for a comforting drink), depending on your desires of the moment.

1 stick = 10 g of hydrolyzed collagen, i.e. the recommended daily dose.
