Every day, take 2 capsules of the food supplement for the hair . Preferably take it with a meal. In order to optimize the effects of your cure, we would like you to extend it over at least 3 months.

Store in a dry place, at a temperature below 25°C, away from light. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use reserved for adults. Use in pregnant women is not recommended.
