Every morning, on an empty stomach, swallow 2 capsules of Pure Glow with a glass of water. This zinc supplement can be taken as a one-time or recurrent intake. You can take it, for example, during your period. A phase of "purge" of the skin is to be expected during the first days: this phenomenon is completely normal and is expected to fade over time.

Store in a dry place, at a temperature below 25°C, protected from light. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Reserved for adults. Do not take other food supplements containing zinc. Not recommended for bile duct obstruction, cholangitis, liver disease, gallstones and any other biliary disease. If taking medication at the same time, ask your doctor for advice. Consult your doctor or pharmacist in case of concomitant use of anticoagulants (use not recommended in this case). Vitamin B3 is not recommended in case of liver disease. Magnesium is not recommended in case of kidney problems. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
