J'ai fait cette cure après les fêtes et j'ai vraiment vu la différence, d'habitude je me sens très lourde et j'ai du mal à me remettre des excès après les fêtes et là en 1 mois je me sentais à nouveau légère ! Je vais prendre l'habitude de faire cette cure à chaque fois à cette période.

mais cela s'explique très certainement par une sensibilité à l'artichaut...

bon début

cela ne fait qu'une bonne dizaine de jours que je prends ces gélules mais je vois déjà une différence au niveau de la peau du visage, les boutons subitement apparus avant la prise, disparaissent!
il me semble qu'il y a un effet drainant également (à confirmer).
ce n'est pas le premier produit nubio que j'essaie et je suis satisfaite (on veut un ventre plat de naïade! top!)

Quelques boutons sur le visage les 10 premiers jours qui confirment l'effet detox mais ensuite teint plus unifié.
