Our advice for properly using Collagen Glow marine collagen from Aime

Dilute the equivalent of a measuring spoon (i.e. 10.1g of powder) in the drink of your choice (250 mL). It can be a coffee, a smoothie or even warmed vegetable milk. And there you have it, all you have to do is drink the resulting beverage!

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to contact a healthcare professional before any supplementation. Prolonged use is not recommended. Not recommended for people with thyroid disorders, children and pregnant women.
