Our advice for using the Microbiota & Skin supplement from Atelier Nubio

Daily, swallow 1 capsule of the dietary supplement for digestion and skin with a glass of water. Do not open your capsules before taking them. Prefer taking on an empty stomach. For maximum results, follow the treatment for 3 months.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement should not replace a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

Not compatible with breastfeeding. Pregnant women, ask your doctor for advice.

Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lacticaseibacillus casei, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei subsp. Paracasei : 4 ferments lactiques pour un total de 28 milliards d’UFC* à fabrication.

Une peau en pleine santé

Je me complémentais déjà en probiotiques pour le bon fonctionnement de mon appareil digestif et puis j'ai découvert ce complément qui renforce le microbiote et de la même façon l'éclat et la bonne santé de la peau ! Je suis en plein dans ma cure, résultats définitifs dans quelques semaines :)
