In the morning, drink a shot of We want a naiad's flat stomach , pure or diluted in water, for 3 weeks. For even more convincing results, double the duration of the cure.

Pregnant women: this is not the ideal time to follow this cure, wait until you have given birth

Breastfeeding women: this supplement is compatible with breastfeeding. Nb: fennel is galactogenic but mint is anti-galactogenic.

Je le prend le soir, c'est idéal pour digérer ça à un goût de tisane menthe/fenouil froid, je me sens beaucoup moins gonflée depuis que j'ai essayé et j'ai vu rapidement le résultat

Peu d'efficacité constatée en prenant une dose le matin pdt 10 jours. J'ai du coup changer le moment de prise: je bois le soir au couché le shot et c'est nettement plus efficace pour moi.

Je vois un bel effet sur mon ventre. Et le goût est très rafraîchissant.
