Every day, swallow 2 capsules of Aime's Balance & Glow hormonal acne food supplement. Continue the cure for 30 days.

Store in a dry place, at a temperature below 25°C, protected from light. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. People with hypothyroidism or thyroid treatment, taking medication should seek advice from a doctor before taking. J'ai commencé la cure il y a une semaine maintenant, combiné avec le pure glow car j'ai retiré mon implant , ce qui m'a valu une pluie de boutons ( j'en avais au moins 10 par joues ) .Tous mes boutons ont disparu et pourtant j'ai commandé sans grande conviction en me disant que ça serait un produit de plus qui ne marcherai pas . Alors j'en suis très satisfaite et je recommande vivement cette cure pour lutter contre l'acné et les problèmes hormonaux .
Bien sur je bois 2L d'eau par jour et mange sainement. Pas de miracle non plus.

Efficace

Pour le moment je trouve assez efficace quant à l’acné hormonal. Je pense que je prolongerai.

Très bonne synergie

Cette cure m'a attirée car après arrêt de la pilule en 2018 et une peau sensible sujette à l'eczéma, j'ai des problèmes d'acné liés au stress et aux hormones, en plus d'avoir une digestion sensible. Après moins de deux semaines d'utilisation, je remarque déjà des changements positifs : peau plus lisse et plus belle, meilleure ovulation, meilleure digestion. Je remarque des changements que je n'ai encore jamais remarqués avec d'autres cures et d'autres mix de plantes. Je suis très contente de la cure Balance & Glow.
